Quince Therapeutics, Inc. is a late-stage biotechnology company dedicated to unlocking the power of a patient’s own biology for the treatment of rare disease. Their Phase 3 lead asset, eDSP, for the treatment of the rare paediatric neurodegenerative disease Ataxia Telangiectasia (AT) is the first product in development that leverages their proprietary Autologous Intracellular Drug Encapsulation, or AIDE, technology platform, which is a novel drug/device combination that uses an automated process designed to encapsulate dexamethasone sodium phosphate into the patient’s own red blood cells.
In the UK, the Quince trial NEAT is currently underway for children aged 6-9 years with AT. We have worked closely with Quince over the years and are delighted to benefit from their generous support for this conference, and for the proceeding Family Weekend.
