The AT Society is developing a new programme called AT Connect for Health, and we would love to hear from AT families across the UK.
The programme aims to improve opportunities for connection, information, peer support and local activities for people affected by ataxia telangiectasia (AT).
Your feedback will help us understand what matters most and ensure any future services are shaped by the people who use them.
