To submit an abstract please take note of the following important information.
Abstract Format:
The deadline for submitting an abstract for an oral presentations has now passed, but we have been able to extend the deadline for poster submissions. If you would like to submit a poster for this conference please upload your abstract using the form below by midnight on the 30th May 2025.
Abstract Format:
- All authors must be listed, and one author noted as the presenting author
- Each author’s title and institution should be noted
- Abstract text must be limited to 300 words and should include the following information: Objectives, Methods, Results, Discussion, Conclusion and approximate 50 word layman’s summary

Bursaries
