FUNDRAISING AND RELATIONSHIP MANAGER We are currently looking to recruit a Fundraising and Relationship Manager to lead the development of our fundraising and ensure we have the support and income to develop our work. About the role The post-holder will be responsible for producing and implementing a fundraising strategy for the Society and for increasing our supporter base, by building and strengthening relationships with volunteers, trusts and other supporters. Skills, knowledge and experience We are looking for someone with the ability to think strategically and creatively about raising income, excellent hands-on fundraising skills backed by a successful record of income generation and first-class communications skills. They must have experience in creating successful funding applications and in cultivating productive relationships with current and potential supporters, as well as the skills and knowledge to make the most of the opportunities provided by social networking media. Salary: £28,000 – £30,000. The post is full-time (35 hrs p/w) and based at the Society’s offices in Harpenden, Hertfordshire.
